I have the following problem, one group of the ATI hybrid, which is 2x t5 bars out of 6, does not start with the program, the rest works fine. If I start them manually, for example by starting a preview or simply logging in, they suddenly start and follow the rest of the programme as it should be. I have already reset/reset everything, also exchanged other bars, but nothing helps. Anyone have an idea ?

When the T5s start do you start them 100% or do you start them dimmed? If you are dimming them try changing the setting to start at 100% and see if that is working.

I'd also recommend calling ATI support. The Hybrid fixtures are tricky.

Just a reminder folks we are ATI North America. The OP is in Netherlands so he would need support from the representative in his area.

That said given the description I suspect this is due to corrosion on the lamp holders. IF it was my fixture I would remove them and give them an acid bath (or something called Tarn-X we have in USA). This is a common cause of sporadic T5 function. Like someone else mentioned running them at higher output may help, but that's because the higher wattage can jump the corrosion and get the lamp to fire.

cheers
