I'm having issues with my LPS dying just melting away could really high phosphates and nitrates cause this to happen numbers and pictures are below ive been dosing nopox for 6 days and did a 20% water change in the last week

For instance I got this long tentacle plate coral 2 weeks ago now look at it today

The po4 in high quantities prohibits grown I believe. I would work on getting your nutrients down to acceptable levels. I think you should see improvement
