Dimensions are 60" long by 26" wide by 24" tall. I wanted the 6' but it was just a little too tight between the poles for my linking......tangs will like the extra foot of swimming space and lanes on both side!

Well some good news today, LFS texted me today that the tank was in and he’d be doing a quality check and begin assembling the stand tomorrow. If all is good I may be taking delivery on Friday!

Anxious to get it plumbed and water tested before the fun starts.

Well folks I’ve got a few updates!

I wanted to get the tank cycling while I set up all the support systems and get the QTs processing our first fish.

Above the tank I put in a board to hang the lights from. Got the rock scape mortared together and in, sand as well. Pics below!

Haven’t done the tank plumbing yet, that’s this weekend so it’s on life support just in the display. Temp, flow and bacteria.

Got the RO set up too. Blew through resin in 200g which was shocking to me. I’m on town water and had 4 tds going into the DI. Need to trouble shoot the unit or CO2 in the water.

Tank is up and running and the first tank inhabitants are in qt. FTS with just the T5s and a shot of the BBK mini shredding the water with bubbles (love this skimmer!)

Everything in my tank was dead when o put it in there except for a bottle of coralline algae spores I bought (I know a waste) but today I saw about 20 copepods on the glass by the sand..... nature has its ways for sure!

Hey Pancho,
Things are going good but I’m not rushing it, letting it set itself up at it’s own pace. For the most part!

I got an order in from IPSF with a bunch of stuff. Order from reef cleaners too. I QTd my clowns and 6 anthias we are all doing great. Foxface and a ywg in now.

I got the smells under control and the chaeto is growing so I’m just trying to manage the algae till the foxface gets in there.

Had a ballast blow in my DX18 fixture. Aquatic Life didn’t believe it as they haven’t had one fail.....go figure. So instead of sending it back (I mean how they hell do you do that?) I had them send me a new ballast. Fixed!
Very disappointed I still haven’t received my gen 5 radions yet. Store I got them from didn’t fulfill my order and now ecotech is closed......I ordered them the first week they were available! So no nem or corals yet as I only have the 4 T5s for light.

Thank you! It’s at the dirty stage now so I’m just letting it do it’s thing for a while. Got a fox face in QT that will soon be ready for the DT which will help trim down the algae!
