Hi everybody, over the past month or so ive been noticing some white/brown puffy algae in my nano. I saw it in one spot and thought at first it was just a little sponge but now its spreading. Any idea what it is and if it’s dangerous for coral? On the bright side it seems to be taking the place of hair algae I used to have and i think this stuff is less noticeable. Thanks!

Bacteria usually will blow off easily. If not, then could be Chrysophyta.
