So this has happened to my hammer, frogspawn, and Duncan. In other tanks they were more long and flowing then when in my tank they become more puffy. The hammer and frogspawn in front have been here for months. The darker purple and green behind it a couple days.

The Duncan in far back also here for months.

Just curious if there’s something I can change to get more long flowing.

One possibility is in low light condition, the coral will expand the flesh to catch more light

Guess time to break out the par meter app. I like a whiter light in comparison to todays blue light haze.

Appreciate the response!

Have you calibrated the refractometer recently?
