This house was built in 2004 so it’s not super old. I guess that’s how they make them in Michigan these days lol!!

so cadlight said they shipped out my missing plumbing pieces yesterday. I just got the tracking this evening and there’s no activity on the tracking yet?? That doesn’t make any sense.

It really is a solid design if done properly. That is why you see this method used in industry. Latticed beams are typically made out of steel but the theory holds true for wood also. You get more strength with less weight. The difference is that it is very easy to see if a 2x8 is installed correctly. Not so much a latticed joist.

My brother and I made some more progress today. My brother should do custom builds for a living I think!

That really is a sweet looking build! Looks like it is missing some water though! :p

It looks really nice, I would probably extend the reactor lines or make some stands though, I don't think you just want to hang them there like that.

Your tank looks great!! I love how clean and organized your equipment looks.

My cadlights 180 is arriving on Tuesday! I hope mine turns out as good as yours has.

What size is the bulkhead? is it the drain or return? I might have a spare I can send you but I'll have to look through some boxes in the basement.

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
