Pulsing Xenia puffing up

my pulsing xenia has been healthy, but it started puffing up from the body, nothing has changed in the tank.

anyone has any experience or ideas whats going on with it?

closest thing to it is this trachy about 2inchs away, i did find web like strings near it this morning, could be a vermetid snail thats triggering it

mine seem to do that right before lights go to blue (6pm) and then when i wake up they are fine

Mine is doing that right now because I moved it from one tank to another and it's ticked off.
