Higher light!

I had these in the frag tank under high lighting and they are almost to lite.

You'll know if its too much light if they close up and barely peek out like my picture.

mine is a nice purple i have it 14k mh low in the tank...medium flow
got a brown out frag a couple months ago and its turning dark purple....
2nd pic the brown out frag is in the bottom of my mini colony....
pics are taken like a month ago...the brown out(in my tank for 2 weeks in the pic,was really brown when i first got it) is dark purple now...

I had them in high light and nothing and the babies are dark until they get larger and brown out. There under a 150w phoniex bulb in a 38 gal cube. They should be getting lots of light.

Honestly that's not a lot of light for the depth of that cube. Mine I posted are about 10" under a 250w HQI.

Dam that is alot of light well I will put them to the very top and hope for the best I'll take before and after pics.

LOW light IMO, indirect good to strong flow. I feed mines too. ( these are side view shots not top downs ). 14K phoenix with 2 (420/460) attinics
