Purple tang almost done with QT now has cloudy eye.

ok so I have a purple tang and 2 clowns in QT, today is day 29 in Copper Power at 1.75ppm. Last night the purple tang was freaking out because I put a Gem tang in the QT tank next to it’s tank. Now the Purple has a cloudy eye with a white dot in the center of it. What would my next steps be for treatment?
I currently have the following on hand

Metro+
General cure
Methylene blue
Malachite green
Kanaplex
Metroplex
Focus

Have you treated for flukes? This is a common ailment affecting the eyes. Could also be bacterial. I'd recommend FW dip first to check for flukes.

Did FW dip about 2 weeks ago and treated with General cure as instructed (2 doses 48hrs apart). No flukes present during FW dip. I feel she injured herself last night while freaking out (before I put a barrier between the two tanks so she couldn’t see the Gem).

If it's just an injury, it may heal up on its own, perhaps very quickly.
If it's a bacterial infection, you would probably want to use Metroplex, Kanaplex, and Furan-2 combined.
