Fish is healthy as a horse. Generally of a terroristic disposition. Noticed this irregularity this morning. Seems to be attached to fin on one end. White or translucent.

Ectoparasite? Treatment recommendations?

Any advice is much appreciated.

May be an isopod- hard to tell from angle
If so, do a freshwater dip same temperature as display tank for 3-5 mins and should fall off

10-4. Thank you and will do. Hopefully these pics will help with a more positive ID?

Tough to see. That isn't a typical location for parasitic isopods (not much food energy in fins). However, I can *sort* of see a segmentation, that is an indication of it being a crustacean/isopod.....

Thanks Jay. There is a segmentation towards the "rear" 1/3.

Was just prepping to catch him for a freshwater dip but the attached creature seems to have abandoned it's mission and is gone now. Should have a few wrasses in the tank in the next week or two so hopefully the suspected isopod(s) days are numbered.
