Working on my new 200 DD build, and starting on the plumbing. The return, for now, will be a Mag 9.5, and this is the manifold I'm using. The manifold part for reactors and such is 1/2 inch, where the input/output is 1 inch. The outlets on the top and third output are 1/2 John Guest fittings.

Any issues with what you see? Good? Bad?

Looks good! My only concern would be that a Mag 9.5 might not be enough for your return and 4 reactors.
 
Probably going to be just using two reactors, one for carbon and one for GFO if needed.

This isn't glued yet, so if anyone thinks there is a better way, let me know please :) I will be fixing that bottom one with a solid pipe instead of the piece thats in there.
 
Instead of using 2 outlets to tap off of the return for carbon and GFO, you could use a single outlet and daisy chain them to save more flow for the DT.

nice design, just a slight concern for enough gph to split like that but i am sure it will be fine. my pump is a 2400gph and in not using the full flow of it but its there if i need it, i went this way to always make sure i didn't restrict any flow to any piece of equipment. overall i think your find with the design. good luck

Thanks. All the flow will go straight to the tank, with the except of the two reactors I'll be using. I only put the valve on the top just in case I need more pressure into the reactors. I'll try with the Mag 9.5, cause I have it, and if its not enough, I'll probably be getting a bigger Water Blaster to replace.

There will be just one return to the tank, and 3 drains.

I do have a BRS Dual reactor, but I went with two singles instead so I could flow more water through the carbon and less through the GFO so I didn't grind it down to dust.
 
just one suggestion is to use a gate valve instead of the twist valves. much easier to control the flow

I thought about that, and my pref was to use the gate valves, but the 4 outputs on the manifold are too close together to fit gate valves in there, so I went with those ball valves. I grease up the inside of the ball valves so they are easier to turn and manage.

You should be able to get away with running two single reactors line with the GFO second in line. The carbon should restrict the flow enough that the GFO isn't tumbling too fast.

i use 2 valves on my reactors one before and one after the reactor.
i do that so i can leave the output one where i want my flow and just turn off the incoming one when i want to turn them off.
 
I also ended up moving to two singles because I was dosing vodka, so I didn't run GFO for a while, but still was running carbon.
