Quarantine clownfish

I have a pair of mated clowns. It appears that the female has come down with some mild fin rot. I am thinking of removing her to treat in a QT tank for about a week. Would it be okay to separate the clown pair for a week to treat or should I keep them together in QT

Keeping them separate won’t be an issue go for it.
