Going to be setting up my reactor this weekend on my tank and I understand everything except the PH controller which seems fairly easy to set up but has a "above or below" button. I am kind of confused as to where to set this as from my understanding the ARM media seems to dissolve best at 6.5. I was planning on setting it at 6.5 so would I want the switch "controller on when above or below"?

Professional pH Controller - MC122 : Milwaukee Instruments

You'd want to set it to "When above" 6.5. When the pH in the reactor is above 6.5 the solenoid will open and let CO2 flow :)

I've got the same controller.

Is the reactor dual chamber or single? And where is the pH probe located? (in the effluent, first chamber, second chamber, etc?)

Thanks,
Kris

Its a single geo 618. It has a built in PH probe which is a main reason I bought it.
