I am looking to possibly add a tiger pistol to my 36 gallon. Will my hermits and snails be in danger? If I get one, it will be paired with a pinkbar goby.

maybe, as long as hes well fed you shouldn't have too much of a problem but if you hear some clicking at night be prepared for some casualties but your more likely to lose hermits to cannibalism than the shrimp imo.
