I watched the youtube video on how to setup feed modes using the Apex and Wave Engine, so I understand the actual procedure. As I'm not too familiar with the various Feed Mode capabilities of the Apex, I see that I can setup different feed modes, but can I also set one of the feed modes to turn off my skimmer for 2 hours, then automatically turn it back on?

I plan on feeding phytoplankton for my pods, and the bottle recommends that I turn off the skimmer for 2 hours. Also, how easy is it to turn on the various feed modes? Do I just open the dashboard and click "Feed Mode A" "Feed Mode B" or "Feed Mode C"?
