New to the hobby. Can someone tell me what these wormy looking things on my glass are? Good or bad?

there are always weird issues with posting videos here. If you’re using an iPhone, you can hold your finger down on the link and download the video to view it.
I’m no expert but are you sure they’re worms? It looks like some sort of algae to me. Is this in your sump/overflow?

Definitely not certain they are worms. Actually don’t think they are. Just had that wormy look. It’s on the glass of the tank and not in the sump at all. Hope that clarifies it.
