Questions about my glass

Hellow im nick i just dnt know what to do im having a problems im growing little white snails and purple and green circles on my glass n there rapidly growing can any1 help thank u

Are the "snails" moving? Sounds like tube worms. And the green and purple circles sound like coralline. All of which aren't a problem, and are signs of good water chemistry.

Thank u my nails arent getting rid of the broblem fast enough n i recently put a clam in my tank will he help ?

Not really. Clams feed from the water column. What your experiencing is just normal tank growths :) One of many.
