Can I frag a Zoanthid with the safety gear and all but with a razor blade to scrap and cut it and glue it on to a plug?

I just want to scrape it off the rock it’s on and cut it with the blade

Yup. Wear gloves, goggles, mask.
(if you're concerned of palyotoxins, which it is said issues arise from literally putting them in a hot oven, ingesting fluids, open cuts etc)
