I was reading somewhere that Xenia is what is the root cause of some 40-50% of people getting into reef keeping. The accuracy of that number is quite suspect..but I am sure there is some truth to it..after all, I was my reason I decided to try.

Euphyllias were my reason for getting into the hobby. Love them. But I had to wait on my tank to mature. I'm still nursing a frogspawn back to health from being in my tank before it was stable and lost a cheap 1 head hammer months back. Now everything is doing much better that everything's stable.

But I could see ppl liking xenia. I made the mistake of Kenya trees now I have a very high amount of Kenya trees ..... I'm gonna wack them down when this next order comes in this week. Ive got like 8-10" kenya trees that are probably 1.5-2" thick.

Back when I started in the hobby there wasn’t nearly the variety that is available now… no online dealers. You were stuck with what your LFS had. Xenia was a big deal! haha.

I thought so too. Crazy deals in this sale especially for scoly and acantho. Btw acantho price is on the rise and might get even lot more expensive later this year from what I heard from other vendor. I have not seen acantho this nice for $400 range. This is quite a steal with another 20% off
