Radion xr30 blue question

Hello every one. I just upgraded to the gen 6 xr30 blue. I'm curious as to what everyone sets their intensity to and their over light schedule . It's a standard 150 gal tank mostly spin any input would be great. Thanks you guys

It depends on what you want to keep. The XR30 gen 6 has great spread but one unit for a 150 means higher mounting and probably lower par. The best bet is to rent a par meter and adjust to what you want at different points.
