Radion XR30 g2 and G3

I recently set up a 90 gallon reef tank and I’m wondering what intensity I should set my lights at ? I’m using the coral lab template but I’m not sure how high the intensity should be?
Currently I only have soft corals and lps and will continue to have mostly the same, eventually I’ll add sps though
