radion xr30w g4 pro blinking red

ok.. unit is new. one month old. is set up to my neptune.
keeps blinking red and blue. Blue is stable.. red is indicator correct?
light is going off and showing blinking red. I unplug the unit. replug and it word for a bit then goes off and starts blinking red. fan is working
thoughts..

Red/Blue means it has a hardware failure. Not sure if you can get more information than that, but I would reach out to the manufacturer.

Sorry for the issues I hope they answer, specially for what the lights cost. I sadly see this happen a lot would be interesting to know why so many people have those issues with that light.

opps sorry just caught this.. I ended up sending the unit back and they replaced it. interestingly though one of my older Gen3 started blinking puple last night while unit was in off mode.
