Rainbow bubble tip anemone shrunk

My anenome was been doing great and all of a sudden it shrunk and something is coming out of it

They do that sometimes. Maybe expelling waste. was it recently fed?

I have been having the same problem but it has been happening for about a month to 2 months. Photo attached below
