I ordered their facebook specials on 25 ultra yuma for $180 and 10 nice frags for $150 on Tuesday 9/03/13. They said they will ship them on Wednesday 9/04/13 for Thursday 10/05/13. I specifically gave them the instructions to hold the package on the FEDEX office, because FEDEX driver will not enter my apartment building. Rare Reef gladly say yes on the instructions I gave to them. They failed to ship the corals on Wednesday as they have promised, because they have to do service on someone's tank. Obviously, this is my first disappointment. I have flight schedule Friday early morning and because of this I have to reschedule it for later tonight.

They ship the corals yesterday and I received them today. Unfortunately, they didn't follow my instructions to hold the package on the FEDEX office, which is really my first second disappointment. I have to called FEDEX to have it hold in their office myself. I picked up the package and opened it with another disappointment. The yuma that they said "ultra" is not ultra at all, maybe 5 of them yes. The biggest size of the Yuma that they sent me is 1" in diameter and others like 0.5" and some even 0.25".

I really wish I cancelled the order, when they said they can't ship on Thursday.
