I guess he was just looking around all is back to normal. My brand new baby tomato clown has already begun hosting in it. I just finished acclimation an hour ago. The clown is not going to be happy when the the RBTA goes in the big tank Monday or Tuesday.

You mentioned not many tomato clown breeders. We have one locally that is working with a pair. He's patiently waiting, but they are out there. :)

That's good to hear! They are a beautiful clown for larger systems and more aggressive tanks. Hopefully the little guy and his mistress hit it off and I can try to raise some fry! I am sure there are just as interesting genetic variations lurking in tomatoes as maroons. Just not enough breeding to develop it. Must stop rant now.... nem thread....

Hehe because all my fish are going to start a ttm treatment next week and the dt is going fishless for 8 weeks. I'm starting a clean slate after some fish died and I can't 100% rule out disease. I figured this was the best way to introduce the new clown to my female. On the neutral ground of the qt. The nem gets to enjoy the dt without fish.

This is a little late but I have been EXHAUSTED with the new puppy and redoing the tank. I put in the nem to the big dt yesterday and all went fantastic as far as I could tell. Couldn't do my normal all night check ZzZzZ. While the power heads where on low power for sleep he wandered a bit closer. Thank goodness I was finishing feeding when they kicked back on to full power. He got a few boo boos on some tentacles but all seems ok. I moved the power head a bit higher so hopefully it wont tug him again. Aamon met Diablo! He is not dead so I will take that as a good sign. They are all in the 120 qt and will begin ttm today. I will try and snap some photos of everything.

I sent some mysis his way. The tank is getting very little food with the fish gone. You can see the three cleaners hovering like vultures now that they know the nem gets food.

Yeah, my halloween hermits will take food from my rock nems when I target feed :mad:
