I was wondering if you guys think that my RBTA will be a gonner sitting under the power compacts in my biocube for 3 more days until my leds come in? it has been healthy in the store and showed strong color for a few weeks in there tanks.

yes, you will have no problem keeping you RBTA under power compacts. I have kept a full blown reef tank including SPS under PC "colors of the corals suck". You can keep any corals under power compacts with the right placement.

I had the same issue. Ordered other lights for my 55 gallon and had a bubble tip in my biocube for 2 days. It did fine. However I tried one long term and had no success. Not enough light IMO. I now have a rapid led kit and I've had great results with them. However 29 gallons is kinda small. If it moves I have to move my corals.

You will be fine.

From about 10 years ago -- a 75 with 6*55 PCs (( all were 50/50s )), they were kept under them for a couple of years -- if memory serves.
