That Trojan was one of my favorite park flyers. Might have to pick up another soon.
Yes, its a nice relaxing flyer. Unlike the EDF jets... slightly more stressful flight ;)
I've always bought the foam ones that require little assembly. I respect anyone that builds and flies them successfully from kit form. ;Joyful

Jets can be a bit wild. I fly everything though IMG_6170.JPG

Here's a more complete lineup:

I like all rc things

My dad won flying lessons with one of those when he was 16. He flew for 60 years.

nice nice

I usually flew hopped up foamies lol due to poorer landing skills that bad boy is sharp.

my addiction to rc cannot be understated. in '94 / college / most guy's dorm rooms bore witness to the night before... tales of 'bauchery and behaviors on the edge. mine was piles of epoxy puddles all dried on pizza boxes, partially dripping onto the nightstand, and wings, everywhere. foam from mass dremeling. .049 cox engine cylinders and parts. spilled fuel, it was a true party zone. betta swimming in a little jungle, its not actually very far from today at all at least I embrace my lineage and though it was odd, it was meant to be. Id repeat all of it, nice rc man!

all I do now is drones but I still have my little alien slow stick drone plane too, planes are great. love to glide off the side of new mexico mountain, we do this often. it is a known fact that in Texas panhandle 2012 if you fly a plane around at night with a bunch of switch controlled lights for two years straight, fun stuff happens. my current rc fixation is to travel to every billy the kid site in nm and shoot it via drone. so far all set, except one. blazers mill...young guns 1 / Charlie Sheen's death scene location. tribal lands, working on gaining permission for the shoot calling right now in fact.

Make sure to post any new acquisitions here so we can check them out.
On a side note, I never realized how windy it was on a daily basis until I started flying RC planes/jets lol

oh nice call there. you will learn your wind patterns mighty quick :) for the texas panhandle, last 20 yrs, its this exact pattern: any sunup and sundown will be flyable 85% of the time. anytime in between will be too windy about 50% of the time.

I was in RC for several years before getting back into reef tanks. I mostly flew planes and helicopters. I use my old Helifreak username on this forum. I also had a PZ t-28 like the one in the pictures above (pretty sure that is a PZ above... green pilot and all).

Its a E-Flight T-28, but probably mostly identical to the PZ.

PZ is Park Zone... same company as E-Flight. My t-28 was like 34" wingspan. There was a smaller version, which might have been sold under the E-Flight name or maybe they have recently changed some names around.
