some of the nicest stuff i seen on there in a while and they close the thread just because people coment on the guys tank. i think the tank is worth comenting on but they could have warned people . :rolleyes:

I'm sorry, that is ridiculous.
That is partly the reason I don't even go over there, at all for anything, unless someone says look at this.
I would rather search other forums where the mods and the contributors are nicer people. Like Club-Zoa for instance.
And that's a shame because there is a wealth of information stored there.

Yea it does get frustrating, but I can see why they did it if it breaks their rules. Who knows he might have gotten many PMs from the mods to stop.

I really understand frustrations, but we don't allow any type of forum or people bashing. We have been down that road and do not want to do it again. Their rules are theirs and we have ours. Thanks for understanding.
It's a privately owned forum. They can do whatever they want. I had a problem with RC a few years ago when all of the superfishnerds left (Borneman, Shimek, Calfo, et al). To protest I cancelled my membership. I've been told (by people smarter than me... they are out there) that there are 2 ways to provide support: 1. contribute your time and input. 2. contribute money. I no longer contribute my money, but I still use RC as a resource.

I bought a few dry goods over there and they ban me from pm.I guess cause I have a store.But I never said anything in any pm about it and never tried to sell anything.Just bought some lights.

lol I was just banned the otherday. Why you ask huh.....Well I posted my dialyseas for sale over there in the northeast reef club section the mod renamed it violation and then I asked why he said well you have over 300 posts BUT your not a member for 3 months yet. I said Ok. Then the nect day I was banned he said in 2 months I can email him to see if im allowed back.
