Recently got a new tank, trying to switch over and I am worried about switching the anenome because he looks to be in a really bad state, just sitting on the sand. was on glass before.

Looks kinda PO'd

Is it a bubble tip?
Place it somewhere where you'd like it to stay and rest a piece of eggcrate against it over night. This will keep it from being blown around until it attaches.
Then remove the eggcrate and leave it alone for a week while it acclimates to it's surroundings. Don't try to feed or move it. Just let it recover and acclimate.
