This is a beautiful reef and progress!

Thanks.......It takes one year or two, at least, to get where I want......
But this is what reefing is about.....wait for the point when the reef finally pleases you.....then, tear it down apart...and start all over again.....;Hilarious;Hilarious;Hilarious

In this period, I've aded 2 Cooperbans and 2 Yellow longnoose btf......and I lost them all...
Maybe because the tank is a little new...maybe because both species are very very hard to keep.
Now I'm giving the system a little break before try both of them again....

A shot of one of the longnooses:

I had several gobies in my previous setups, but one still was only a desire: the Hi fin red banded.
Last month I finally found one in a store, and despite of my will of not to put gobies in this setup besides the Golden Head, I bought it.

Test results:
Ra: 8,0
Ca: 410
K: 450
PO4: 0
NO3: 0

Ra and Calcium showed a little drop down, due the growth of sps, I think.
If this keeps this way 'till next week, I must open a little the outlet of my Ca reactor.

K, after some months over 470 due to several days dosing Potassium, mislead by a test kit out of date, is now at the point that I should keep for now on.

PO4 and NO3 still resding 0,0 at Salifert test kits.
Besides that, I've noted a better coloration on sps, after a change in the fish food. So I think that 0,0 aren't 100% reliable.

The change in the feeding was basically the replacement of all industrialized food by a mix of frozen seafood.
The mix is shrimp, squid, octopus, tuna and seashell. A paella mix that I buy on the supermarket.
I made the change after buy the anthias pair, as a try to improve their will to feed.
And it works very well untill now.
The anthias are far more voracious feeders since the change.
The fridmaniis looks like 2 golden fishs after eat. The P. sankey to heal completely its rotten fins. Yellow coris looks fat and bigger. Plus, my zoas are bigger and more open and growing faster than before and so the lps.
In the beginning I was interspersing industrialized with frozen food, but now I am only giving then the frozen one.
I should keep it that way from now on.
