Recommendations for Lodging in Florida

I'll be making a visit to the West Palm Beach - Delray Beach areas. Can someone familiar with the areas make a recommendation for lodging?

I'd like to find something on the beach with a view of the water, balcony. It doesn't have to be economy nor does it have to be $1000.00 per night. I'm thinking in the $250-$300 range.

Any ideas where I should look?
