red algae ID please

Trying to id something in my tank. Clumps of polyp-ball like red fuzzy growth with green/clear attaching foot? Balls about the size of those silver candy decorations for cakes. Must be bad but I don't know. Nothing new in tank for years.

Sounds like cyano. How about pics? Any recent parameter swings? Even a big water change. Sometimes a swing triggers cyano.
