Red cap monti suppose to have small holes…?

Hello,
Iv had a red cap monti for awhile now and although it hasent died it hasent grown at all either. While my tank parameters are good and steady…. I’m just curious is the coral is suppose to look that way or if that an indicator of something wrong or even a pest ‍.

Any pic's under white lights? I have 4 Monti caps but but none grow vertically like yours is. I have one that does but I can't remember what it is but not a cap I'm pretty sure.

Those are the holes for the polyps. The polyps are receded.
