There is a small red dot under the mouth of my new clownfish, anyone know what it could be???

hi is it bump,or flat ,could just be bruise from bumping rock,hope,happy reefing
some expert advice will come soon :)

Had a closer look... I believe it is slightly raised. Could be a scab of sorts?
