Red eggs?

I found these red looking eggs randomly. I don’t know what it could be if it be harmful or beneficial. Anyone know what it could be?

Pic in the water is best, don't know what I'm looking at here.
These are the best pictures I could take since they are so tiny. This is the stem of an old frag plug I cut. They are honestly just red round little pods or eggs it seems like.

I’m pretty sure it isn’t algae but it does kind of seem like a coral egg from the website you posted. My only concern is how it would’ve gotten there in the first place. Or even how is it so bunched up.

Could be a vermetid. I'd recommend crushing them.
