I have a few mangroves im growing in my refugium. I have this red bubbly slime coming from them. Is this normal? They are 3 months old. All have rooted and have green leaves. Im using a full spectrum light for 10 hrs a day.

I don't know what the red slime is, but it's not normal. I live in SW Florida and see these in the wild all the time. I've even grown some in my tank. Never saw any red slime. I'd try to scoop it out and wipe off the trunk of the mangrove.

Good luck.
