Red/orange bugs at nights

I shined my flashlight on my tank at night and seen these weird worms that burrow in sand when I shine the light on them. In the video one was swimming... well wiggling and at the end one was burrowed. Does anyone know if these things are dangerous?

There is no video or pictures to see .

If you can get a decent picture with whote
Lights ( no blue ) it’s sometimes easier to identify

I don’t see anything other than what appears to be similar to a anemone on the left side .

It's above the emrald crab swimming in 1st one, 2nd one is burrowed in sand. Little suckered are less than half inch

Hard to see but it may be peanut worm or bristleworm. If they look like below, bristleworm

I never got an answer ahh my emrald crab just died but I think hermits killed him lol

Look to be baby bristleworms.
