Red reef lights

I’m having the same problem and have done everything you have done. While doing these things, my lights were out for 1 1/2 days. My hard corals are starting to bleach.
I’m going to call the Company and see what else I can do.

That is why I have replacement things on hand for everything in my tank. Sorry to hear about your lights, if you make it up to Harrisonburg, Va I could give you my spare nano light or a LED strip light. Post in the local club forum section and ask around!

Welcome to R2R! I don't have any experience with the Reef LEDs-50 or how you might be able to get them to connect to the wifi, but I think your idea of contacting the company to help troubleshoot it sounds like a good step.
