Red Sea 130D skimmer problems

My stock skimmer will not overflow in the cup..I have the air valve open all the way and cup adjusted multiple ways..and still no overflow of bubbles..tank has been running for 4 months..I have cleaned it and let it go..
It will make bubbles to the top and some out but the cup never gets wet in the bottom..
What should I do ?

Is it a new skimmer? Sometimes new skimmers need to break in. You could also regulate the amount of air gong in to adjust the water level in the skimmer.
