Red Sea 170 Exit Pipe Leak?!

Can anyone please take a look at this video and tell me why this leak is happening and how I can fix it? That ring attached to the glass seems to be on as tight as it can be, and the exit pipe is also tightened as tight as possible.

I haven’t been able to run my sump because of this leak, and it’s really frustrating

Could be the seal in the overflow box. Looks like it is coming all the way from the tank. I would contact RedSea and try to replace the o rings on the pipe that screw in from the top and the ones in the other connections. Might only be the ones from the bottom not sure.

That sounds like an absolute pain to fix, it's impossible to get inside the weir especially while the tank is running. I'll email them now.

Yes, but my second thought was maybe only the orings on the bottom pipes. This is of course assuming it was running right and then started leaking. If never sealed maybe the pipes aren’t inserted properly.
Just food for thought.
I have unhooked my lower pipes with pumps off and no problems.

I have unhooked my lower pipes with pumps off and no problems.

Yeah it was running for around a year and then I moved home, and since then its been dripping like this whenever water is in the weir. I've tried to screw it by hand, or turn the rings or what have you but they don't seem to want to budge

This, I would check the O-rings that connect the pipes to the bulkhead fittings. These seem to crack and break apart after years of use.
