Yep. They win I have officially given up. I think I’m going to just go with the new tunze I’m so over Red Sea. I love there products but they do not last. Between my reef mats going through motors the auto sensors crapping out. there skimmers kinda work just not that impressed. I just like the over skim function.

Did anyone try the ‘click here to order a replacement..’ link in the app? I just did and it says they’ll send me a new sensor within 10 days. Free of charge?
Where in the app? Mine died at Christmas time and had to replace it with a spare I bought. Lasted about a year and four months.

If it fails from a temperature error there will be a button up top on the app like the resume button on a skimmer or reef mat except it will say click here. The screen is on the OP first page.

I am also a sad Red Sea homer. But to their credit they got me back into Saltwater.

I’ve had to replace the ATO sensor.

My lights and reefwave have had zero issues.

I am skipping the reefmat as so many people have expressed their dislike and multiple issues with it.

They could really corner the market on some hobbyist if they got their product QC up and made products that worked like shown.

Thanks for the tip on the sensor from the app. I didn’t know that existed.

I’ve got my new sensor a few weeks ago and it has already stopped working. I’m back to a good old float valve and gravity.
That is crazy. I hope they get your issue fixed.

I am now extremely hesitant to look at and buy RedSea products.

Luckily mine are working but this is crazy.
You’d think if they have to replace a critical component, they would make darn sure they sent you one that was QC’d, checked, double checked and then sent.

I'm in the same boat. Mine worked for 1 day. They say it's in the mail.

I looked through all pages in the ReefBeat app (v7.1.1), and I do not see any option to order a replacement ATO sensor. Can you tell us specifically where it's located?

I've had mine since it came out so maybe 1+ years. IDK. My sensor just went out and ordering a replacement. If this doesn't work, I'll be switching to tunze as well.

I just set one up last week and started having temperature issues 3 days into using it and the sensor failed a few days after. My replacement sensor is on the way but it's a bit annoying having to deal with this especially so soon. Hopefully the replacement is better.
I’ve had mine for two weeks and the sensor is bad. I don’t really need it as I have two apex temp sensors already.
My concern is the water sensor going already
