red sea led 90 connection problem

Hi all! I am in the process of setting up my 525xl and have 3 led 90 lights for it. I'm following the instructions to a tee and it's not working. When trying to connect via reefbeat app on android, I enter "password" as the password (side note: would be nice if they'd include that information to customers) and I keep getting message "Internet may not be available" but it is available - up and running... what do I need to do?

Try hard resetting them by holding the button for about 20seconds and try again if no look then I would just connect them directly. Which I have done with my reefled50 as I also couldn’t connect via my network.
