Red Sea light problem

Hi, I am already an owner off 5 red sea LED 90’s , and received 2 more for Christmas one of which set up perfectly as always, and the other is constantly blinking ,the button seems to make no difference what so ever as soon as it’s powered up it blinks and carriers on blinking at the same rate regardless of pressing the button.

Any helped would be appreciated as I’m not sure what to do.

Try to hard reset it by press and hold it till starts blinking. Sometimes you gotta unplug it and wait a few times then plug it back it let it wait for a few mjns to let it reload. Make sure your wifi is not on 5G also.
