I suspect this is true. I haven't really had time to look as of late but I feel the winter had fewer issues... I'm moving on to a Reefer 250 now and I'm seriously hoping the RS ReefLed 90 is better. I'll keep you posted when I look more into those logs over the next month. I have this thing about expecting to control "everything" with the Apex systems but it seems lighting will not be so, therefore I might as well buy the RS accessories. I really dislike that I cannot contol the spectrum better and remove reds, etc. that result in algae during break in but I suspect these will be just fine. Worse can scenario is we can find the SPI and dump/reverse the firmware if required.

The Red Sea showed up on the WiFi but once I selected it, it’s quickly got kicked out of WiFi and replaced by my home WiFi.

Usually it will need the Red Sea WiFi to be connected in order to add the light.

I have tried factory reset but I don’t see the double quick blink like the YouTube video said. Will replacing the internal battery helps?

I’ve had this happen to me a few times when moving my lights or adding them to another group of lights. I delete the light or lights from my Reefbeat App and reset it, then add it back to the App and it always pops up on my Wi-Fi once I follow the App instructions. There is always a small delay, but it shows up. Sometimes our Wi-Fi is the issue and not the light.

As far as what’s posted in this thread, and I see there are old posts, but I’ve had the 90’s for quite a while and never had any problem. I will say that the little cooling fans are not adequate for the light. They get warm. So if your room runs a little warm too, I suggest getting a small fan off Amazon and pointing it at the lights to help cool it. That’s the only issue I’ve personally seen that might cause problems. Not sure if that can affect its functionality as far as connecting to Wi-Fi. Hope this can help someone. I personally love the four 90’s that I use and the newer ones look incredible compared to the first gens like mine.

Update, I dumped the RS LED light on the nano and added an AI Prime with MXM. I still have some of the RS items but I don't use them
