Red Sea reefer 170 sps lighting

I was trying to decide what lights would be the best option for an sps only reefer 170 build, my initial thought was the ATI sunpower 24w, but I wasn't sure weather 6 or 8 bulbs would be better or the bulb options, I've always used a mix of blue plus and coral plus, but would love to hear anyone else's opinion on different bulb mixes or if they think something different entirely would be better.

I have a Reefer 170 with a Kessil 360 over it, no SPS tho. Depends on your budget but if it were me I’d throw an Ecotech XR30 G4 Pro on it and call it good

I was considering the XR30 but just liked the ability of plug and play with t5 in terms of not having to find a lighting schedule and spectrum that works for your specific application.

The tidal gardens T5 bulb YouTube videos are really big nice for showing the same corals under different combinations of bulbs.

+1 for not messsing with spectrum.

I think BRS did PAR charts for an ATI T5 fixture, not positive. If so, that video might help. I bet 6 is plenty, but 8 gives you options for different combo in morning vs day.
