So I just purchased a RS250 and the green hose on the return is pain to get on. I don't think I have it all the way on, pass the second lip on the barb. Is there anything I can do to assist? Maybe heat the hose a little to make it a little more flexible?

Probably the wrong size. You can boil some water put the flex tubing in it for a bit and that should help. Although can't say it will hold forever. Some people put an extra clamp over the tube once on. Good luck!

As said above, dip the end of the tube in boiling water to make it more pliable to slip over the barb. Another thing that I have used with good results is food grade silicone grease on the barbed fitting. Makes it easier for the tube to slip over the barb.
