Red sea Max Nano (20g), with attached par estimates from Redsea using their Reefled50.

Obviously the Par at max intensity would be too high for my euphyllia, and other LPS. What intensity blue & whites should i be running? currently at 40% blue 20% white

Most of the wattage is going to the blue LEDs, so I'd probably try 60% blue and 20% white and tweak the whites from there based on your visual preference. The easiest way to figure out the PAR levels is with a PAR meter.
