Does anyone have recommendations on installing a Red Sea reefmat 1200 in a waterbox Infinia reef 230.6?

Are additional plumbing parts required to connect the plastic water line to the main drain?

You want your drain tube to go into “feed” the roller mat. So yes most likely.
