Red Sea Roller Mat Nano - high water level issues

Any one using the Red Sea roller mat Nano in a Red Sea Max G2 XL? Keeps setting off high water level. Have installed the water inlet extension, cleaned the skimmer comb, and lowered the water level. Any tricks or tips?

just lift it about 1-2 inchs i made a lift for mine and went from using 39" a day to 17" a day of the roll

Thanks for the reply. I am hoping to not have to make any changes yet. These are supposed to be plug and play for the new Red Sea AIO aquariums. I have a 1200 and a 500 on my other systems but this one there is not much room for error with where they placed the sensor.

The fix I found is to remove the carbon from the media chamber section which lowered the level enough.

Did you add your own media alongside the carbon included with the G2 XL package, or did you remove the carbon bag?
