Red Sea Skimmer Question

I have an RSK300 DC skimmer and the app on my phone. Was looking for a way to shut just the skimmer down and the automatically restart after 4 hours. Can’t seem to find it anywhere.

Also, the overskim sensor never seems to work. The full cup sensor does, but the pump never slows if wet skim fills the cup.

Any help on these items would be appreciated.
